Camera button disable in Acquire

Condition: 

    Video license is active and camera is correctly configured in database.

    Also, the camera(s) is available via web browser and login credentials are the same as in database:


How to Fix issue:

  1. Start a demo recording for 2 mins
  2. stop recording
  3. upload Exam
  4. close Acquire
  5. Open Acquire again
